Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This page explains how the operator of this website (“we”, “us”) handles personal data. It is written for visitors in the United Kingdom and follows UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The site is a short list of games with links out to other publishers. We are not those publishers, and we do not run the games themselves.
Who is responsible
The operator of this website is the data controller for information collected here. There is no company number listed on this site. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
What we collect
When you use the site we may process:
- your IP address and a rough location derived from it;
- browser type, device and language settings;
- pages you open here, and when you opened them;
- the site you came from, if your browser sends that;
- cookies and similar storage, as set out in our Cookie Policy;
- the fact that you used a link on this page, so we can tell a click happened.
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we use it
We process this information to:
- run the website and keep it available;
- understand which pages and links are used;
- find and fix errors;
- keep the site reasonably secure;
- meet a legal duty if one applies.
The lawful bases we rely on are legitimate interests (running and improving a public website) and, where the law requires a choice, consent — for example certain cookies under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Cookies
Cookies and similar files are described in the Cookie Policy. You can change or block them in your browser.
Who we share it with
We may share data with:
- the host that serves this website;
- an internal analytics system, so we can see how the site is used;
- a click tracking service, when you follow a link off this page;
- an error reporting tool, if something on the site breaks;
- a game publisher or other third party, if you choose to open their site — that visit is then under their privacy notice, not ours.
We do not sell mailing lists. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and other people using it.
How long we keep it
Logs and analytics are kept only as long as we need them to run the site, understand traffic and deal with faults — typically no longer than 26 months unless a dispute or legal duty says otherwise. Cookies have their own lifetimes, listed in the Cookie Policy.
Transfers outside the UK
Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we expect an appropriate safeguard, such as a UK adequacy regulation or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to:
- see the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it, in some cases;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive a copy in a portable format, where that right applies;
- withdraw consent, where we relied on consent.
Email [email protected] and we will deal with the request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. The ICO is the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
Children
This website is aimed at a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in order to profile them. Individual games you open from this page may have their own age ratings — follow those.
Changes
We may update this notice when the site or the law changes. The date at the top is the current version. The Terms sit alongside this page.
